Ladies Latin Styling Classes
These classes are designed to give you the technique, confidence and personality you need to truly shine – whether you’re dancing on your own or adding that extra sparkle with a partner.
What is Ladies Styling?
Styling is not just about adding graceful arms or hip sways – it’s about learning how your body works, how to express yourself with assurance and how to let your personality come through in the dance. In mixed classes, there’s rarely time to focus on these finer details, which is why these ladies-only sessions provide the perfect space to explore body movement, elegance, sensuality and expression. As you progress, you’ll build not only stronger technique, but also your own unique style – interpreting the music with confidence, fluidity and flair.
What will you learn?
We’ll explore the essentials of Latin styling, including:
- Foot placement & stylish footwork
- Authentic hip action at a variety of speeds
- Posture, balance & body awareness
- Body isolations – shoulders, ribs, hips, pelvis and body rolls
- Arm styling – flowing, sharp, playful or dramatic
- Spinning techniques & travelling turns
- A mix of Salsa, Cha Cha, Bachata, Rumba, Samba and more.
Every class ends with a short routine so you can immediately apply what you’ve learned in a fun, energetic and empowering way. This is your opportunity to unleash your inner diva, grow in confidence and light up the dancefloor.
Ladies Styling is about much more than dance – it’s about confidence, creativity and empowerment. Join us and learn to dance like the spotlight is always on you!
